How To: Improve your Rebook Rate

When’s the best time to ensure that your client will be coming back?  Generally, while they’re standing in front of you, feeling refreshed and relaxed after their treatment.

If you’re using Premier Spa or Premier Style, your software can help ensure that your clients are getting rebooked by prompting your staff automatically.  In this weeks ‘How To’ post, we’ll show you just how easy it is to configure your software to make sure your clients keep coming back.

Book Next Appointment

Do your reception staff always remember to ask the client to rebook once their appointment has been completed?  If not, you can always turn on ‘book next appointment’ in your Premier software, which will give them an automatic reminder.

Turning on the Option

From Configuration, select System Setup.  You’ll see a screen similar to the one below – to turn on ‘Book Next Appointment’, make sure that Prompt Next Appointment is ticked as per our example.

Adjusting for Client Preference

Some clients will always want to book their next appointment in a certain number of weeks.  You can either do this by selecting the number of weeks ahead each time, or you can adjust it permanently for each client, via their client card.
