Premier has recently launched a number of online tools which are fully integrated into CORE, including a member’s portable device allowing them to view/book appointments and classes in real-time. In addition, the company has developed a tablet application allowing the member to upload contact details and medical information themselves on arrival to the club.

Premier has added Gantner Technologies to its suite of access control interfaces, utilising its proximity wristbands to allow members to access the facility or as a means of identification in a cashless environment.

CORE’s intuitive design helps the operator to maximise each opportunity, for the spa and leisure departments. Ensuring that any bookings made are optimised to deliver the highest yield is essential to delivering a profitable club. Small gaps between appointments can lead to non-bookable down time, which can only lead to lost revenue.

2014 is an exciting time for Premier Software Solutions, according to corporate sales manager Robert Whitehead. “On our 20th anniversary we are moving premises, due to our expansion plans, as unfortunately we have outgrown our current office space,” he said. “The move will also allow us to accommodate more training seminars at our premises.”
