The first bike ride took place at Champneys and was over 36 miles. Mark Johnson – Managing Director, Chris Mallen – Director, Jo Fardell – Trainer and Michelle Atkins – Finance Manager all completed the 36 miles.
Not settling for just one challenge Michelle also took part in The Nightrider Challenge later in the year on the 9th June 2012, this time with her colleague Louise Crane from the installations team.
The Nightrider challenge is a tough, gruelling moonlit ride around London in order to raise money for various charities.
The ride stretched over 100km and Michelle and Louise were proud to complete the ride in 9 hours and 11 minutes, raising money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Mind, respectively.
