Spa treatment cancellation
We require 48 hours notice of a cancellation after which a 100% charge will be made.
No refund will be payable (or reschedule possible) for non-arrival for a treatment without the stipulated notice.
All treatment times quoted include treatment, preparation, consultation and aftercare advice.
