The External Sales Executives will:

  • Conduct appointments with potential clients in order to sell our range of software products.
  • Communicate with customers in a clear, professional and articulate manner, in person, by telephone, and also via email / electronic correspondence.
  • Maintain contact with both existing and new prospect customers, using our CRM.

Desirable skills:

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Spot sales opportunities - understand how to develop and establish the needs of potential customers.
  • Ability to influence, convince and build effective rapport with new and existing customers.
  • Operate as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Money motivated.
  • Good work ethic / positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail.

Software Trainer

 

We are looking for an experienced software trainer, who has outstanding people skills. If you enjoy adapting to different situations and can deliver a top quality training programme, this could be the role for you!

The successful candidate will be responsible for, product training and installations to premier’s client base.

You will report to the Chief Operations Officer, and your duties will include:

  • Product training and installations
  • Project meetings
  • Installing drivers and peripherals
  • Data configuration
  • Conducting on-line webinars
  • Creating training documentation

The role involves extensive UK travel, with the possibility of some overseas work.

Project Co-ordinator

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator, who is experienced in providing first class customer service.

Working in a busy environment, meeting tight deadlines and managing an electronic diary system is key to this role.

The successful candidate will play an important role in guiding our new clients through their journey with Premier.

You will report to the Customer Care Manager, and your duties will include:

  • Coordinating the training diary.
  • Preparing information & equipment for the training team.
  • Assisting clients in completing installation documentation.
  • Setting up new hardware.
  • Dealing with clients via phone / email.
  • Liaising with the Sales team ensuring all areas of the order is completed.

Graphic Designer

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual, who is experienced in creating design solutions that have a high visual impact and form a lasting impression in the marketplace.

Organisation and prioritising will be vital to this role, along with good communication skills, working to tight deadlines, and problem solving.

The successful candidate will play an important role in the development of creative ideas and concepts, helping to meet the objectives of the company.

    Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Designing of all marketing materials and promotional items for Premier Software (i.e. flyers, brochures, social graphics)
  • Designing HTML emails for marketing communications with clients and prospects
  • Ensuring all internal and external documentation are in line with brand guidelines
  • Working closely with other departments, predominately sales, to deliver a consistent and effective message across all brands
  • Ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner and deadlines met
  • Responsible for the design of client gift cards and loyalty tags
  • Assisting in the organisation and promotion of stands and marketing literature for trade shows, external events and internal events, such as charitable functions
  • Liaising with suppliers to get artwork to print and able to deal with discrepancies in a calm, professional manner
  • Proofing of all artwork to ensure accurate and high-quality work
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with any aspects of his role and any ad hoc duties as required
    Desirable Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role
  • A degree in Graphic Design preferred but not essential
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
  • Ability to operate within agreed budget/time allocations and restraints
  • Creative flair with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and solutions
  • Good work ethic / positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS desirable but not essential

We are looking for a dynamic, driven and creative copywriter, capable of delivering world class content across our different brands.

Excellent attention to detail, a passion for words and the ability to work to tight deadlines will be vital to the role, along with immaculate proofreading and organisational skills.

The successful candidate will be able to get to the heart of a brief and be comfortable writing for different target audiences.

    Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Generating high impact thought leadership pieces for our different brands
  • Producing copy and content for social media and the company blog, as well as all copy for internal and external literature
  • Ensuring all copy produced matches the tone of voice for each brand
  • Taking ownership of the company blog and social media channels, to grow our audience
  • Boost SEO through link-building and keywords
  • Setting the standard for quality assurance when it comes to copy and content, and where possible/relevant teach others
  • Researching and building a fact-based case to underpin content
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with any aspects of his role and any ad hoc duties as required
    Desirable Skills:
  • Minimum 2 year’s experience within a similar role
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Commercially astute – able to produce concise, engaging and persuasive copy
  • Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects at any one time
  • Confidence in presenting ideas , solutions and developing client and supplier relationships
  • Experience working with Wordpress preferred but not essential
  • Working knowledge of social media and how brands can be marketed through different channels preferred but not essential
