We are pleased to announce that version 7.3.50 of Premier Spa is now available for download.

As part of our continual process of improving the stability and functionality of your software, this update includes a number of software ‘patches’, along with features such as*:

Improved Gift Voucher Tracking
Diary View Enhancements
SMS Automation
Improved Appointment Auditing

In order to download the update, please go to www.premiersoftware.co.uk/support.

Once there, you will need to enter your serial number. If you do not know this, you will be able to find it by opening Premier Spa, then clicking on Help at the top of the screen, followed by 'About'. Enter the 'Product ID into the Serial Number box on the website and click on 'Submit'.

From there, you will need to download the following - System SP3 and Reports SP4, which can be found in the Main Installation Disks section, and Premier Spa 7.3.50 (Update Only). We also advise that you download the related documentation, as there will be features you are not familiar with. In order to make the update process easier, we suggest that you download to the folder "C:\premierinstall".

Once you have downloaded the relevant files, please contact the Support desk on 0870 143 1800.

Please be aware that this update will only function on Windows XP and above. If you have any queries regarding the update, or would like to request a copy of the update on CD, please do not hesitate to contact the support desk.

*Note that dependant on your current version, some features may already be installed. Gift voucher tracking and image capture functions are optional add-ons which may incur and extra fee. Please see the full update documentation for further details.
