NEW MULTI MILLION POUND VENUE

 

Author Colin Dextors Inspector Morse may have been a frequent visitor at the luxurious Randolph Hotel in Oxford, but there's no doubt that the addition of their brand new spa would have attracted him in more often! Instead, locals and guests alike are rushing in to enjoy this fabulous new multi-million pound venue, which opened in 2005.

The Randolph, in line with much of the extensive MacDonald Hotels' spa empire, has selected Premier Software's internationally acclaimed Premier Spa+ program to guarantee stress-free bookings and excellence in management reporting. Premier Spa+ is specifically designed to work with businesses that have both day and residential clients with a variety of bookings, ensuring that clients are booked into the correct rooms, withthe right therapist and that their treatment and retail sales are accurately tracked throughout the day and, where applicable, charged to their hotel rooms, leading to customer satisfaction and accurate business reports.

The Macdonald Hotel Group joins Premier Software's impressive list of worldwide clients which includes the Urban Retreat at Harrods, Champneys, Hoar Cross Hall, Eden Hall Day Spas, Starwoods and the Sheraton group.

Emma Bird, the Spa manager at the Randolph explained, "We are very pleased with the Premier Software and is the perfect partner for our spa. Before we opened tere was nowhere like this in Oxford at all. But now our spa caters for guests and members with facilities that include four beauty rooms, an ice fountainm a Bio Sauna and a Manicure Bay."

 


Since opening, news of the spa has spread quickly through Oxford and business is rapidly growing. To help cope with the demand, the Randolph Hotel actively uses Premier Spa+ to manage day-to-day appointments, stock contol and waiting lists, as well as to create accurate and meaningful management reports at the touch of a button.

TWIN ROOM SCHEDULING

Premier Spa+ has recently undergone a major facelift and is now able to book twin rooms which reflects the growing demand for a couple to have a treatment simultaneously. The ability to record personal profiles for each client has also been upgraded to further assist with the targeted marketing that spas are increasingly undertaking.

The Randolph Spa fully epects to make use of the mine of marketing information that Premier Spa+ can generate via reports on clients, breaking them into target groups based on either their spend, their age, treatments that they like or where they live so that marketing campaigns can be directed for maximum effect.
