Some users may have experienced issues when trying to access salonlite.com on Saturday, 12th of January, for a period of between 30 minutes to an hour.
We take these matters very seriously, and we have spoken with the company who manage the hosting for Salonlite in order to ensure that this matter does not occur again.

Our American visitors will have an important decision to make over the next few days; should they display 12 hour or 24 hour time?
Due to the continued, explosive growth of our free online salon and spa scheduling software Salonlite internationally, we’ve discovered that some Salonlite users over the other side of the Atlantic have a preference for a standard 12 hour clock rather than 24 hour, as well as some slight differences in wording and date formatting.
To make things as easy as possible, we’ve listened to your requests and made a few changes.

We’re always looking for new ways to improve our software, and we’ve often found that the key to knowing what to build into the system next comes from the people using it, as Salonlite users have found via the social support page where they’ve been able to raise requests.
