Internet booking is swiftly becoming one of the ‘must have’ features for any modernised business, effectively letting your clients book their own appointments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, regardless of whether you’re open or not.
But what about those clients who can’t quite get the appointment they want, or a time that’s suitable for them? In most online booking systems, there’s not much they can do – it’s likely that they’ll just look elsewhere. If you’re using Premier Software’s online booking, then your client can now get in touch with you directly, straight from the internet booking screen, giving you the opportunity to take control and avoid that missed appointment.
