Set in the glorioius surroundings of the 19th Century Aldwark manor, the Reflections leisure club in North Yorkshire has expanded beyond all expectations, while still retaining the exclusivity that makes it so desirable.

courses in the North of England, and an impressive leisure club.
The spa was built in 1991 as a free standing health club, and in the past 14 years it has seen an increase in its' capacity and fine facilities.
The club is already on course to reach its' target of 750 members, and the club now includes a fitness suite, studio lounge bar, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, seven beauty treatment rooms, a relaxation room and a suntan booth.

"UNDERGONE REFURBISHMENT" |

"We have undergone recent refurbishment with additional treatment rooms and the class studio, and on average we see 100 members a day," he said.
"Because the beauty department now operates seven treatment rooms, we've seen an increase in bookings, and around 50 per cent of bookings are group packages."

Mr. Cotter said that last year the leisure facilitites underwent a change of software to help staff cope with the increased demand for the club's services. |

"We installed Premier Spa+, which has made a marked difference to the efficiency of the club management, and is very easy for our staff to operate," he explained.
"It's important that we are up to date in the software department because we want to improve every aspect of the club, and this keeps things running smoothly." |

The client information section has proved invaluable - it is extensive, providing information and customer data. It's a useful too which we believe will assist the club in increasing its' occupancy rates further. |

"The club is an impressive part of Aldwark Manor and the part that the software plays in that should not be underestimated," he said. |

"Introducing the package to the health and beauty department has made operations far easier for staff - enabling us to manage the treatment rooms and run them smoothly and efficiently.
"All in all, the client journey with this system has been vastly improved from the initial treatment bookings to the clients' departure." |

saves further time, and we can record our clients' health history, such as pregnancy or surgery, and refer to this with each visit."
"Block bookings for our packages were initially time consuming, but, they have become far easier with the implrementation of the system - the system helps us avoid confusion and makes it much easier to manage.
