range of hair cutting, colouring, perming and styling services at the Salon. Despite its fashionable connections, the team stands by its' commitment to provide value for money and the highest level of customer service for "real" people. |

"LIFE IS USUALLY FAST PACED" |
Trevor encourages his staff to come up with exciting and original creations, rather than simply building on current styles. Consequently, the company is in demand for advertising and photographic sessions and features in seminars and demonstrations at many international events.
There is a continual buzz at the Trevor Sorbie Salon in Covent Garden in contrast to the relaxed ambience to be found in a provincial salon. "We mainly attract business people and life is usually very fast paced and can be quite frenetic," explains Manager Ronni Schrevel. |

"90% OF ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE PRE-BOOKED" |
Twenty-six stylists and technicians work on the cutting floor and on a seperate level for colouring. Each stylist has their own client list and more than 90% of appointments are pre-booked, because a different member of the team handles colouring, appointments often need to be synchronised.
In actual fact, links between appountments are created at the touch of a button, cince all bookings are logged using the Premier Style management system from Premier Software Solutions. |

"WE KNOW A LOT MORE ABOUT CLIENTS" |
Once the first appointment enters the system, the salon can start to build a profile of its' customers. "We know a lot more about clients, including how much they spend with us," says Ronni Schrevel. "in the past, we probably wouldn't have known when they last came to see us, whereas now we can pull off that information easily." |
