When you purchase your chosen product, the price not only includes the software, it also includes customisation, installation, staff training and 30 days free telephone support, giving you the quality after sales care that you deserve. If you wish to continue to receive support from us, you may elect to take out further support at a cost based on your software value.
Weekday support is now available from 8am-6pm. We are also now providing a premier support option, which will provide you with the same service as the Basic option, but with the addition of critical support from 6pm-8pm weekdays and 8am-8pm weekends and bank holidays.
